More girls in school
130 Million girls won't go to school today. And they won't be going to school tomorrow, because they are living in countries where education isn't obvious for them.
The UN calculated that with each additional year a girl goes to school, her future income will increase ten percent.
That's why education is key to the development of each child as well as the community she belongs to. A well educated girl has a far greater chance for a better future.
Because each child has a fundamental right to good education, Counting Flowers supports the following initiatives:
Young Focus Foundation
Young Focus sends children, who are living at Manila's largest garbage belt Smokey Mountain, to school.
