Payments and returns
The Terms and Conditions apply to all our deliveries. If you place an order you agree with the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are standardised for web shops and protect the consumer.
We start processing your order(s) as soon as we receive your order and payment. The order will be confirmed by email.
Prices on the website are in British pounds. VAT is included in the prices. The shipping rates are not. Prices may be subject to change. Price changes are valid from the moment they are published on the website. They do not apply to orders placed before the price change.
Counting Flowers accepts the following payment options:
- PayPal (Visa, Master Card, American Express)
- Bank transfer (international with an IBAN and Swift number)
- Redeeming a gift voucher
Credit card payments (via PayPal)
You can use your Visa, Master Card or American Express card via PayPal. PayPal makes sure your credit card details are send via a secure connection.

Counting Flowers strives to make shopping in its web shop as safe as possible.
All pages, including the pages containing the personal details you supply, are transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology from GeoTrust. GeoTrust encrypts your information before it is send to us to protect the information from unauthorised use.
Your personal details will only be used by Counting Flowers and to deliver your order(s).
If you choose to pay via PayPal, your personal details will also be transmitted via SSL technology. In that case Counting Flowers does not have access to your financial details other than the actual payment.
You may return the scarf or shawl within 14 days of receiving your order to the address below. Counting Flowers will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and come without the original packing.
Counting Flowers does not accept liability for returned scarves and shawls. Pack your return securely and ship it via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure it does not get lost.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 30 days. Counting Flowers will refund the total purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. Also when returning only part of your order the shipping costs are at your expenses. The purchase amount of the part that has been returned will be refunded.
In order to facilitate cancellations, exchanges or returns please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not forget to state your full name, the invoice number and the product number. To refund purchase amounts we also need your bank account number.
Did we dispatch the wrong scarf or shawl?
If you receive a scarf or shawl you did not select, please send an email and we will help you get the right product.
Is your order defective?
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of faulty items, please send us an email within 5 working days of receiving your order. Exchanges are possible if the item is available.
Instructions for use
Wear your scarf or shawl as an accessory only. The scarf or shawl does not fit any other purpose. Keep the scarf or shawl out of children's reach. Do not wear a scarf or shawl when close to a machine and/or moving parts. Misuse of the scarf or shawl could lead to suffocation. Children should only wear scarves in the presence of an adult.
