This alpaca scarf is handmade by Hilaria Puma Cruz, who lives in the Peruvian highlands. Hilaria used the undyed wool of her alpaca's and wove the scarf on a traditional backstrap loom. The pattern and figures are typical for the area where Hilaria is from.
